Horses are checked over daily for injury and illness as well as monitored throughout the day
Daily night checks
50’ by 100’ run-in shelter with 8” of sand bedding (as well as additional shelter on track)
Blankets and fly masks put on and off (if provided by owner)
Access to private and spacious tack locker in heated and air conditioned tack room
Hot and cold wash bay with solarium to dry off wet horses and pressure washer for cleaning blankets, etc.
Track is poop picked daily
